This week we’re introducing a new Rating field type, further performance and load time improvement with CDN, widget type switching, and other minor improvements.
New Features
Rating Field
In your widgets “Form Fields” element you can now use a new Rating field:
It supports two styles, one based on stars, and another – based on emojis. You can swap these styles using the relevant switch and pick emojis from the dropdown on-click:
Inside the rating field options settings, the first text column serves as a label, and the second one – is the value, that will be saved for the rating custom field and/or sent to the integrated service on submit.
Performance Increase with CDN
All images for your widgets are now using Cloud Delivery Network (CDN) and are loading from the server closest to your visitor’s location. Complementary to this, we implemented a solution, that generates thumbnails for images according to the widget’s size. So now images for your widgets are optimized both on loading speed and size automatically.
Widget Type Switching
At the bottom of your widget’s “Settings” tab, you can now see a dropdown called “Current widget type”. You can use it to swap widget type without the need to create another type from scratch. It will keep all the screens and actions you created for the original widget type saving you the time for editing.
Minor Improvements
- Fixed identification of new default list after its removal for the MailChimp integration
- Updated custom fields saving for the HubSpot integration
