Rating Surveys
For: eCommerce, Digital Businesses, SaaS, Services
Rating surveys are one of the fastest and most effective ways to understand how your customers truly feel about your brand, products, or services. Instead of relying on assumptions or delayed feedback, you can collect real-time insights directly from visitors while their experience is still fresh.
With Convertful, you can add lightweight rating surveys to your website that are quick to complete and easy for users to engage with. Whether you use star ratings or emoji-based feedback, rating surveys help you measure customer satisfaction, brand perception, and overall experience, without overwhelming your audience.
Note: You can use either stars or emojis to represent the rating options.
Why use rating surveys?
- Measure customer satisfaction: Quickly understand how users rate their experience with your brand or offering.
- Identify friction points: Spot low ratings early and take action to improve specific pages, products, or services.
- Improve retention and loyalty: Showing customers that you care about their feedback builds trust and long-term relationships.
- Collect feedback at the right moment: Exit-intent surveys capture honest opinions just before visitors leave your site.
Common use cases
- eCommerce stores: Ask shoppers to rate their browsing or checkout experience.
- SaaS platforms: Measure satisfaction after users explore features or pricing pages.

- Brand perception: Track how users feel about your brand over time using consistent rating questions.
